SCARY THOUGHT: AS MUCH AS CRIMINALS are responsible for their ACTIONS, the question must also be asked, HOW MUCH are WE (individuals, society) responsible for "CREATING" CRIMINALS ? BY our actions, how we turn a cold shoulder at times, choose to "ACT" FEARFUL around some people, but not others...(key word "act").....how we TREAT OTHERS is a choice..& it affects the future...(individually & collectively)..
