So I'm heading south & I am about to pass by Monterey Bay when I see a little sign saying "Monterey County Fair" thru Sept 6..& I look it up online & it says "BULL-o-RAMA" tonight...starting @ 7..& I check tickets & it doesn't indicate an extra fee for the rodeo...(Oc fair incluuded rodeo in the price of admission) so since its 630pm I decided, "Let's check it out.." & make my way in the direction of the fair...& find a parking place..& pay the $8 dollar fair admission & head for the rodeo ...but when I get there, they tell me its $25 dollars !
What the ??! That's crazy. So I'm just ambling around instead...wouldn't have paid $8 if I had known it didn't include the rodeo....mostly just food booths here (call me Dutch, but I don't usually buy food at the county fairs) & a carnival/amusement rides..& GUESS WHAT ? The same hypnotist is here (Mark Yuziak or something like that)..he's got one guy barking like a dog...another things he sees a rat everytime the hyp touches his forehead...kind of funny for a while..this fairground seems smaller than the others I was at earlier rhis summer. I can hear & see a little bit of the rodeo..same things they did at OC .
