To: <vanderkok@gmail.com>..certified mail only proves the letters were sent ...not that I received them..I asked to see the green cards with my signature but he couldn't show me that..John said the Ed Code says all that is required is they be sent by certified mail..but I don't believe it ..that's NOT proof I received any letter ..that's why there's a thing called service-of-process ...and a person has to sign for it or be handed it by a process server ...
