I'm saying it won't be long before a lot of "standards" will be changing...even for example when I went to get a po box..at the first malibu post office the lady made up her own rules & asked me if I had a "landline" phone bill (ie. Not cell phone)..that's actually NOT something the USPO requires as proof & I've already made a complaint about it...(a latino lady, prob an immigrant trying to make it difficult for me, an American born here, to get a box)..anyways I said to her "I know that's not a requirement but anyways a lot of homeowners are switching to cellular even for their home phone"( & I suspect this will increase rapidly)..(at which point a guy behind me who was listening said, "He's right")
The old standards of prejudice & discrimination are changing...even homeowners will need to be more electronically savvy---or it will benefit them if they are.. BTW...I went over to the main malibu PO & opened a box with the clerk barely taking a glance at any of the required documents. The lady who discriminated against me intentionally could be in for some trouble. The USPO has strict standards they MUST FOLLOW / .
