JUDGE BYRNE (RETIRED PASADENA JUDGE) TURNED A BLIND EYE TO JUSTICE, tag: mosman, brown, halford

JUDGE BYRNE TURNED A BLIND EYE to plain & obvious evidence that the police officers were LYING. He heard testimony that the dispatch tape was not available due to alleged "malfunction." He also heard testimony that the section prior to my incident & the subsequent section was fine.

This made exceedingly CLEAR that the dispatch tape had been tampered with by somebody & also that there was damning evidence on the tape (prrobably evidence of officers saying derogatory, unprofessional things about me, possibly yelling & screaming or swearing; all of which would indicate that my testimony was true; I.e. that they attacked me aggressively and caused me physical harm, as opposed to their testimony that they simply "took me down" & handcuffed me & placed me in the car.

It was much more than "simple" & in fact was  exceedingly violent & forceful,  & unneccessary because I was NOT resisting nor fighting. Yet to emotionally control the situation the cops must "create" a scene to justify the use of force. Its the same reason why a cop will say "Stop resisting" over & over when people are watching or an audio or video tape is rolling even if , or especially if, there is no resistance ...
i.e. to create the appearance or illusion of "resistance" to justify their use of force.

The dispatch tape must have backed up my testimony that these cops were out-of-control rather than that this was a calm, controlled, situation. The fact that they called for three or four more officers to "back them up" also contradicts the attempt by Hugh Halford (the asst city attorney & former cop) & Tim Mosman & Tom Brown (the two initial officers) to portray the scene as something they calmly & quickly controlled.

The fact is Tom Brown started yelling at me almost immediately & his eyes were wide (I.e. as if he were on some sort of medication; he admitted in deposition that he takes some medication but wouldn't say what kind. A correlation between certain types of medication & anger/violence has been documented extensively over the years by various studies. ).

Judge Byrne ignored the obvious & the appeals court did likewise. Courts will apparently always side with the cops unless there is a lot of pressure to do otherwise (The Rodney King case is a perfect example.) The problem is that it makes the courts & judges seem corrupt & the police very un-American and more like criminals themselves & makes good Americans suffer.
