Theresa avila...carmelite nun, father finally gave in...she became a reformer of the carmelites...founded 17 communities or so..she's a reformer...reformers not well liked...convent she founded she was barred from entering later in life...today in romans...faith in JC...LAW is OT LAW..that's not what saves you..what saves you is faith in JC....BUT faith has no value without love...a husband can have faith in his wife...that she cares for him, but doesn't show her love & neglects her...that's a problem brewing...(good) faith btw husband & wife is an analogy to faith in Christ...if it moves to LOVE...SHE WAS declared a doctor of the church...writings were so profound
