Theresa of avila.."for Christ helps & strengthens us...He is a true friend...expect to please Him...graces thru hands of Christ"...Jesus becomes our friend..He experiences our pain...was born in stable...experience our suffering...many times I've experienced this...we must enter thru ths gate...Jesus gives us example of endurance...unlike our friends in the world he will never abandon us...consider glorious st. Paul. Name of Jesus was fixed & embedded in his heart. Great contemplatives...must walk this path in freedom..in our struggle He will help us endure...we can also endure our suffering.."
