10/22/10 cblog THE GIFT of GOD's LOVE; APPRECIATE IT, CARE FOR IT, GIVE it to OTHERS ; MONASTERY of ANGELS m: "when first went down to mexicali..people would send lots of clothes..so we set up a dispensary to hand out clothes. ..every Saturday..but walking down street..we saw clothes on street..they just threw it away...it was free so they didn't care about it..today paul reminds us of the gift of god's love..its a gift..take care of it..appreciate it..deepen that w/ prayer, love, good deeds, Jesus says He will come..they will dwell w/in us..not just an outward gift...work on awareness of god that god shares w/ us each day..living in the environment of god in gods presence..focus on His presence..I wake up & say "Lord, come & share this day w/ me"..monks say keep in touch w/ god..the arrow prayer..send an arrow of love to god...little prayers thruout the day...call to make Christ present in the world..work, values, kindness, thoughtfulness, by family..see christ in the family..desire to pray..accepting gift god is giving us..wants what is best for us..that we grow..sometimes by sinfiuless we are rejecting...laguna honda.....for the poor..some mentally ill..chained ..so they wouldn't pound their heads on wall..
..our sin destroys us..hurts us
