Has GLENDALE (CA) INTENTIONALLY UN-TIMED all their TRAFFIC SIGNALS ?
Or haven't they even bothered (or know how) to time the signals ? Going down Brand , its literally stop @ every traffic signal, now flow @ all . 1 miles takes 20 minutes because of the un-timed signals. Thanks glendale.
