st. Peter chanel "why do we celebrate mary's birthday sept 8 ? When do we celbrate immac conception? Dec 8 ..9 months..usually how long baby is in womb..the parents of mary...santa ana..valley of st. Joachim...saint ana ..their feast day is july 26..they are the grandparents of Jesus..they were a very generous couple ..they would give a third to the poor, a third to the templ, & a third to the church...their biggest suffering was that they couldn't have a child for so long..like some others..elizabeth..etal..modern americans when get married think house, car, vacation..pool..all that ..then maybe we"ll have baby (that's american, [I disagree] )...in Bible..a baby is always a blessing..they prayed..prayed prayed..great generosity..trust, openness to life..if 35, "you're old.."..I'm almost 55..u call me decripit..my mom had my sister when she was 44..,my sister mary..graduated in theol studies..what happened in the womb of st. Ann & joachim was the greatest thing to happen in a womb up to that point...she was born in immaculate conception ? Conceived without original sin..& Jesus came from mary..mary gave Jesus His body & blood..if she had original sin..thanks be to God..God brought mary into the world..this should be a day of joy..all have been to bday parties..when do..what think ? What am I going to get ? No..to give, right ? Mary wants a gift..what give ? I suggest rosary..mary is very grateful..she never forgets when sb gives her a gift..give the rosary, & give self..place self in her heart.."
