Not all experiences have been positive, but this one turned out better than usual and I made a change in my billing plan to save a little money. Taylor actually offered to make the change retro-active to the start of the month so I will save a little more. This positive experience should not be the exception, but the rule. Let's hope this is a new trend for T-mobile.
