" I love to hear Pro Se’ers winning cases. I beat a photo enforced red light ticket. When the officer identified me as the driver of the vehicle, I objected stating ‘Calls for Speculation’ and a ‘Lack of Foundation’. There was no signature for the ticket, and the officer had to prove it was me. I was also prepared with DOT data for the required yellow light time which was too short for the speed of the intersection."
