Cath drexler..died 1955, born philadelphia..b/c of her eyes of faith..able to see injustice ..for african & native americans..she did something re the injustice..she became a sister of blessed sacrament..in 1988..pope john paul..she was canonized in 2000...recent saint. Her eyes of faith..able to see presence of god in special way ..mass.gift of eyes of faith recogn power of Sir 42:15-25 Now will I recall God’s works; what I have seen, I will describe At God’s word were his works brought into being they do his will as he has ordained for them.
