THE LAUSD HAS CREATED AN ATMOSPHERE WHEREBY TEACHERS (ESP SUBS) CAN ONLY "SPEAK WHEN SPOKEN TO"...Its a degrading atmosphere that does NOT truly allow for dialogue and improving the system. Those in the skyrise have completely corrupted the system for self-serving purposes. The LAUSD must come to an end. It has corrupted all of los angeles.
