5/13/11 @ arco am/pm, 2380 lomita ave, lomita 90717, Skinny white punk jerk working behind the counter around 6pm...I put in $25 ...got in my car & was almost out the driveway when he came running up yelling "Hey, did u pay for the gas?!" As if I was trying to get away quickly...without paying..what a punk..I said a few choice words which I save for the right moment, not at church, ..plus he kept calling me "dude", intentionally trying to be condescending..he said a lady told him she had accidentally paid money on my pump..she was WRONG..about the pump #..I went back inside, got my receipt, & let the skinny white boy have a piece of my mind & told him to stop calling me "dude", so he said sir, but then said "man" later (all intentional word choice to try to control). He did apologize but not very sincerely. He even called the lady in ..and she came in & apologized as well, but the damage was done. I felt embarrassed, to say the least, as well as emotionally distressed.
INFREQUENTLY UPDATED (mostly for historical purposes): This is ALL about the CHRISTIAN FAITH, with daily news & other items mixed in ! We cannot ignore what's happening in the world around us:the good, the bad, & the ugly, but we CAN try to respond to it thru the LENS of FAITH !
