Day after a longer conversation in which Mr. Kim hung up on me after I complained about being mistreated by Daniel...I called back & he hung up again saying "I'm very busy..and you're free" ha ha.."I'm free eh?" That tells you he has a stereotype in mind...some sort of racial/ethnic stereotype.
