WHAT THEY DID (LAUSD's DIANE LEMUS & IRMA? & PASADENA's HUGH HALFORD, et.al) to ME
I came out of college with academic honors (& supervised teaching experience) willing to teach kids...& I also wanted to improve myseldf spiritually & academically at the theological level (thus, seminary). I had a good background plus experience, as well as a supportive family & community (both Grand Rapids & Southern Cal). However, after being mistreated by Pasadena Police, I had no choice but to sue the city, at which point I met Hugh Halford, an assistant city attorney, recently fired from Santa Ana, & hired in Pasadena. Halford was a real sleazy player...and took potshots in writing and any time we met. And it became clear he was trying to provoke something to "prove" I had an "anger problem" which is why Pasadena Police had to use force against me at the scene of a near-accident (lady ran a red light & bumped my car). Halford was intent on provoking something at the court or anywhere else to prove I was "emotional" and therefore force was justified. Anyways, for the moment, I will skip over the details, but simply ask you to trust me when I tell you that Halford & Pasadena screwed me over really bad. At the same time I was attending Fuller Seminary I waa teaching as a substitute for the LAUSD. Irma & Diane work on the phones at the LAUSD & probably for irrational racial reasons, simply did not like me from day 1. They heard, thru the gossip channels, that something happened to me in Pasadena. Rather than giving me the benefit of the doubt, Irma &/or Diane lodged in their brain that they could "get me" in the future by making an anger problem accusation. In fact, as best as I can tell, LAUSD must circulate anything that happens, legally, to an employee, especially a teacher, because I sensed that people in administration had something "on me" but didn't expect lower level employees such as Irma & Diane to be privy to any and all issues of a teacher (legitimate, illegitimate, proven, unproven, simply wrong & false, or otherwise). Anyways, they NOW have a "profile" on me as a person with "anger problems" so that even when I am wronged and do experience an injustice, even the mere raising of my voice will provoke them to cry "foul' and shut me down. Sort of like Kobe Bryant upset about a foul, rightly so, and so they give him a technical for complaining. And then they decide that any and all complaints in the future are due to Kobe having anger problems & imagining injustice, rather than ever being really treated wrongly. They don't do that in sports (at least not that we know of) but they do that in Jurisprudence and at the LAUSD. Thus, you take a good person, you provoke anger, then you say that person has an "anger problem" and if he ever raises his voice, cries foul or unfair, gets upset, etc, you EXECUTE him. He's forever the problem, while the executors are calm, rational, selfless, if they must say so themselves. Who is the real victim ? The students & society who lose the devotion of a person with a lot of knowledge, good will, experience, and good character, while the accusers behind the desk, unwilling to lend a helping hand, coldly, calmly, rationally continue with their job as society sinks lower & lower because of them: the real problem.
