HUGH HALFOrd & "the law" Don't seem to get it: IF THEY DON'T THANK & REWARD PEOPLE FOR BEING GOOD...their PUNISHMENT FOR ALLEGEDLY BEING "BAD" IS MEANINGLESS & HOLLOW..here's my point: They knew, especially Halford knew, after he subpoened all my school & employment records (on a "fishing trip" for something bad about me (which, btw, the judge wouuld not allow me to do with the cops)...that I was overwhelmingly GOOD ..with all the things I've done..football all-city, college academic honors, mission trips, church attendance and participation..that should speak loudly in my favor..yet all they would do is offer me a $1000 for the injuries done to me by out-of-control Pasadena police (Mosman, Brown, Rosner, Pratt, et. Al).
When I refused their offer and pressed forward with my civil lawsuit against the city, they became INFURIATED ...and that's when Halford really started trying to trigger a reaction from me..I realize now their ONLY HOPE (or so they believed) was to prove I'm not a "gentle man" (gentleman) and so he started writing provocative letters using a lot "you" language with accusatory, provocative words intended
to cause emotional distress. I didn't "bite" the "worm" but they caused a scene intended to make me look like the "bad guy." Very sleazy stuff..Halford, Pratt, & other Pasadena police including former chief Melenkian."
