I didn't see the term "kangaroo court" in the article, but that's a term that "the people" should know & understand. A kangaroo court is a court that already has its mind made up about the guilt or innocence of a person and tilt the scale so that the outcome they have in mind happens. The judge can do big & small things to influence the court & the jury & the observers, and can allow the prosecutor to do likewise. That's what Blagojeich
