JUDGE, JURY, & EXECUTIONER: MAN WHO DISTRIBUTED FLIERS CONTRARY TO JUDGE's ORDERS GETS TRIED by the SAME JUDGE

JUDGE, JURY, & EXECUTIONER: MAN WHO DISTRIBUTED FLIERS CONTRARY TO JUDGE's ORDERS GETS TRIED by the SAME JUDGE . This is somewhat outrageous. The judge gave orders about pamphlet distribution to potential jurors. One man apparently defied or seemed to be in defiance of such & was arrested...& then then tried by the same judge who gave the orders..not a jury, not a different judge. So you have one judge essentially "creating" a "law", & then that same judge makes a determination of guilt & hands down a sentence, truly a "judge, jury, & executioner" three-in-one that defies Americans sense of constitutional justice.
