I have to wonder DON'T CLERKS have the LEGAL RIGHT to DENY SELLING ALCOHOL to CERTAIN PERSONS even if it's not about them being DRUNK...this guy was clearly derelict and had begged for pennies to buy a quart of beer at 7am ...AND the clerk just obediently rang up his order, no questions asked... and this was at a 7-11 ...seems to me they have an obligation to say no..just like a bar must stop serving a customer when they are clearly out-of-control drunk
