12/10/11 2 CANADIAN CEO's CHEWED THRU HANDCUFFS ON FLIGHT: "Campbell also laid on his stomach in the aisle and kicked the floor. One of the men "assaulted a flight attendant and threatened to punch another," the court was told. Crew members handcuffed the men with plastic restraints and tape, but they "chewed their way through," authorities said. For the final 80 minutes of the flight, flight attendant and passengers restrained the two men until the plane landed in Vancouver and the pair were taken into custody Air Canada said diverting the flight cost it ..."
