At sub unit, if it was ALL WHITES I would have objected as well. Back to that fateful day in December 2010 when I was at the sub unit & protested that there were "no whites" working on the entire floor, despite at least 75 to 100 employees. Had it been all whites I would have protested likewise. The point is that if an organization is going to truly promote itself as multi-cultural & color blind, it must be so from all angles & all perspectives. I don't see that happening @ LAUSD
